First, no, I'm not the hockey Player.
Now, a little about me. I was born in Middlesex, NJ and went through the Middlesex school system until Senior year when my family moved to Bridgewater, NJ. As such, I graduated from Bridgewater-Raritan High School East (back when there were two high schools).
In my early adult years, I enter the auto industry, first as a salesperson, then through the years holding just about all positions except General Manager. These included Sales Manager, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Finance Manager and ultimately, Internet Marketing Director.
I spent a total of 14 years in the auto industry which taught me quite a bit about how to properly help people and how to understand their finances and how to work with banks to assist clients.
In 1990 I entered the residential mortgage finance industry where I excelled at understanding the unique intricacies of underwriting and the secondary market. The residential mortgage market is extremely complex while at the same time fairly simple, at least as far as the consumer is concerned. I developed an ability to translate the complex terms and requirements of the mortgage industry into easy to understand language through the use of simplified analogies which allow my clients to better understand their options and determine which loan choices would best meet their needs.
I have always used a "Consultative" approach to working with my clients. I believe that asking many questions about the client's short and long term goals in conjunction with their present needs allows me to give superior service where the consumer is given the information and options available and, with proper understanding, can make the important decisions needed without feeling stressed or pressured.
Over the years, I have also developed many quality business relationships with successful individuals that have expertise in business, investing, business capitalization and all aspects of the real estate industry. By leveraging my knowledge and these relationships, I have been able to help many people, both novice and professional investors to have great success in recognizing and taking proper action on real estate as a business and a long term appreciating asset.
